Notice: At Sunnyside Clinic we believe in treating everyone with courtesy and respect. Our staff are here to help you with any difficulty that you might have while booking appointments and/or attending to other treatment-related needs.

In order to provide for a safe and healthy working environment for our staff, we follow a Zero Tolerance principle in relation to occupational intolerance and aggression. We firmly believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. Hence, we will not tolerate any aggressive or violent behaviour to our staff members.

In the event of any intimidating, intolerable or aggressive behaviour or communication with our staff, including communication via text messages, e-mails or phone calls, we will reserve the right to terminate the respective communication. Similarly, in the event of any form of aggression to staff and others while at our premisses, the individual causing distress will be asked to leave immediately. Refusal to leave might prompt notification to police. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to take pertinent steps to transfer the care of anyone who intimidates or offend staff to alternative health care providers.
